Catherine

Catherine Murray, RDH grew up in Rock Hill, South Carolina! She has been a hygienist for 15 years and continues to widen her dental knowledge and talents. Continuing educational courses and perusing her local anesthesia license in the fall of 2018, are just a few examples on how she continues to show her passion for her profession.

After graduating from Rock Hill High School, Catherine attended York Technical School in South Carolina for her Dental Hygiene degree.

She loves the connections she is able to make with her patients and how she is able to play a role in their oral health progressions.

Catherine knew this was the career for her from as early as she can remember! The lasting impressions she was left with as a young child remind her everyday just how important her job here at Rother Dental is to not only have a pleasant cleaning, but overall experience!

Catherine is heavily involved volunteering for her four children’s sports activities outside of the office.

She also finds time to volunteer her services with Mom-N-PA which gives free dental care to patients annually throughout the greater Pennsylvania area.

Kelsey

Kelsey Bennett, RDH has been a dental hygienist for 4 years. She grew up in Newport News, Virginia and graduated from Denbigh Baptist Christian School. She was drawn to dentistry and dental hygiene by the people. The fellowship of her patients, learning about them and having a platform to be able to make patients happy and help them leave with a smile from the help that dentistry provides gives her the most joy in her position here at Rother Dental. Kelsey is a graduate of Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, North Carolina where she received her Registered Dental Hygienist degree.

Kelsey’s ambitious spirit about dentistry and her patients makes her the perfect addition to the team! Her dedication to learning new and useful skills within the ever changing and growing field of oral hygiene reinforces her dedication to her career.

“People don’t care about what you know, until they know how much you care”.

Being new to the central Pennsylvania area, Kelsey has plans to organize and raise money for charitable causes in our area, in addition to the many Rother Dental events she will be participating in as well.

Away from the office you can find her spending time with her husband, Ben. They enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, going to the beach, and hiking!

Kim

Kim Mingus, RDH grew near the Annapolis area of southern Maryland. After graduation from Southern High School in Harwood, she thought it’d be interesting to try her hand in dental assisting. This presented quite a challenge, since Kim had no previous dental experience! When she realized how much she loved helping patients maintain their beautiful smiles, she decided to further her education by obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Virginia.

Kim has definitely found her niche in life; for the past twenty-two years, she’s been loving her career in the dental field!  She loves forming relationships with her patients and being a positive influence in their dental health.

Outside of the office, spending time with her family is definitely at the top of Kim’s list. She and her husband Andy have been married for 26 years, and they are the loving parents of  Zachary and Sean. Kim also enjoys working in her garden, reading, photography, and volunteering at her church.
